  • is a regional network of national organizations and groupings of psychologists throughout the broader Caribbean, embracing all the linguistic and cultural diversity found in the region
  • is organized to advance psychological knowledge, research, skills and practice in the service of Caribbean well-being and development, while addressing the professional interests of psychological practitioners, academics and researchers.
  • sponsors regular regional conferences of psychology
  • provides resources and guidance on the status, structure and development of psychology in the region.

CANPA works within the Caribbean psychology community to foster a strong discipline that is relevant to local issues and realities in the Caribbean

CANPA members are National Associations of Psychology in Caribbean countries/territories and groupings of individual psychologists in a Caribbean country/territory where there is no national association of psychology or in the Caribbean diaspora.
